We design and develop digital products for internal operations, customer portals, dashboards, marketplaces, and mobile-first business experiences.
WhatsApp automation systems
We build systems that automate approved WhatsApp Business API messaging such as order updates, alerts, reminders, and support workflows.
Meta API integration
We integrate approved business solutions with WhatsApp Business API, Facebook Graph API, and Instagram Messaging API for compliant communication and automation.
Chatbots and AI systems
We create chatbot and AI-assisted solutions for FAQ automation, lead qualification, and customer support workflows.
Acceptable use policy
You agree to use WebxKey services only for lawful business purposes. You must not use our systems to send spam, distribute harmful content, attempt fraud, violate privacy rights, or engage in illegal activity. You are responsible for the content you approve, the audiences you contact, and the permissions you collect from end users.

Approved messaging only

No unauthorized messaging
- No bulk messaging without permission
- No spam, misleading content, or account abuse
- No use that violates WhatsApp or Meta platform rules
Intellectual property rights
Unless otherwise stated in a project agreement, WebxKey retains ownership of our pre- existing tools, frameworks, code libraries, templates, methodologies, and know-how. Upon full payment, clients receive the rights specified in their project agreement for custom deliverables created specifically for them.
Payments and project terms
Project pricing, milestones, delivery timelines, and support terms are confirmed in a proposal, statement of work, invoice, or separate written agreement. Work may pause if required information, approvals, or payments are delayed. Additional scope changes may require a revised timeline or additional fees.
Service limitations
Services that depend on third-party platforms are subject to the availability and policy decisions of those providers. Meta services, WhatsApp Business API access, hosting, cloud services, and external APIs are not controlled by WebxKey, and we do not guarantee uninterrupted uptime, approval outcomes, or changes made by third-party providers.
Termination policy
Either party may end a service relationship according to the project agreement or by written notice when the other party materially breaches these terms. Upon termination, we may disable access to systems, revoke API connections, or return or delete client data as agreed, subject to legal retention requirements.
Liability disclaimer
WebxKey provides services with professional care, but we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses arising from third-party outages, platform policy changes, client misuse, or events outside our reasonable control. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the fees paid for the relevant service period unless a written agreement states otherwise.
